Sealanes (1985) Pty Ltd is a highly successful and progressive Food Services company, supplying the shipping and wholesale markets and is seeking applicants to fill the following position.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated work history in the transport industry. We are seeking experienced multi drop food service/ bulk drivers. This role is Monday to Saturday with reasonable out of hours work at times of high operational needs.

Summary of Function:

Under the general direction and guidance of the Transport Supervisor, the driver will be responsible for the delivery of orders to our customers on a day to day basis. The Driver will be responsible in ensuring that the stock is delivered within the agreed guidelines and procedures as set by the company's policies.

Primary Duties:

• Complete daily documentation
• Work in accordance with the Sealanes safety guidelines
• Provide a high level of service to customers
• Attend meetings and staff development as required
• Comply with organisational policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team as well as individually
• Other duties as directed by the Transport Management Team

Experience:

• Previous multi drop experience in a transport division of a food service company will be highly regarded
• Previous experience in Bulk Deliveries
• Experience with food safety or quality standards will be highly regarded

Qualifications:

• Reasonable standard of secondary education
• HR licence

• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Wide knowledge of the Perth metro
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and with teams
• Knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health and Safety
• An outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
• Current National Police Clearance (under 12 months old)
