We are a leading international importer & distributor company to offer a great opportunity for an enthusiastic import & export officer. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment and plenty of scope.
Reporting to the Chief Purchasing Officer, this role will need to prepare import and shipping documentation, data entry, the creation of purchase orders and other administration duties when required.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and communicate closely with suppliers, buyers and shipping agents.
Key attributes include attention to detail, strong numerical skills, a willingness to learn, initiative and a high level of motivation. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service in this dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal & written English & Chinese languages and computer knowledge are essential. Previous experience in an import and/or shipping environment is preferred. And be ability to work independently and with the Team.
