About the business
This design-led, fast-fashion label operates on a multi-channel scale, nationally across Australia, as well as available around the world. Operating out of the warehouse based close to Melbourne's CBD, the Support Office is conveniently located next door.
About the role
The role will be based at the national warehouse, attached to the support office. The role will be reporting into the General Manager of Operations, and accountable for managing a team of direct reports across all trading channels.

The role of Warehouse Manager - Women's Fashion Label will responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidenace to both wholesale and online dispatch teams
- Mabaging inbound international freght working closely with the production team
- Prioritising incoming and outgoing stock, working to shipping schedules
- Provide weekly updates on workload and prioritises to the company Director and General Manager
- Provide daily communication on stock movements and order fulfilment
- Coordinate receipt of goods, storage/space, and managing the logistics of order shipment for local and international customers
- Monitor quality control of all incoming stock, ensuring the stock meets quality standards set for the brand
- Prepare monthly pick and pack schedule in order to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Manage the allocation of stock for external services
- Managing EDI process through third party logistics
- Manage all invoice reconciliations across online shopping platform
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock control check, weekly, monthly and bi-monthly physical stock takes, submitting all data through the company system
- Manage freight transport suppliers' services and rates
- Control warehouse costs to ensure they are in-line with company budgets
- Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors in accordance to health and safety standards
Skills and experience
The successful candidate for the role of Warehouse Manager - Women's Fashion Label will be a confident, level-headed and adaptable manager with strong time management and organisational skills. This person will also possess the following key skills and experience:
- Experience operating at a Warehouse Manager level
- Experience working with apparel products, including handling flat packs and racking
- Experience in managing wholesale and online dispatch items
- Experience in managing international freight orders
- Working to strict KPI's on an ongoing basis
- Experience managing a number of direct reports
- Ensure compliance of health and safety at all times on-site
- Advanced numeracy and problem-solving skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Niche, and the use of internal databases for stock management and reporting
