An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Fleet Supervisor to join our high performing team in South Australia.
Supporting the State Fleet Manager, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supervising the fleets performance, compliance and delivery service within the Adelaide depot
- Supervise the day to day cycle turnover and ensure efficient turnaround
- Coach and develop couriers, regularly discuss performance and compliance issues towards resolution
- Grow and develop a cohesive, supportive and effective relationship with staff and franchisees
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, third party agents and franchisees
- Organise and manage third party delivery agents
- Ensure proactive revenue protection procedures are active, and cost saving initiatives are implemented
- Assist in winning and maintaining customers for the courier network in conjunction with the Sales team
To be considered for the role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- 2+ years’ management/supervisor experience within the logistics industry
- Microsoft office and PC skills
- Experience with a previous franchise based model
