Due to ongoing success and significant growth in our Parcel division we are looking for a Parcel Inbound Manager to help take the business to the next level.
To be successful in this role you will bring a strong transport background. Working in a demanding and fast paced environment you will require strong experience in managing parcel, PUD fleets, Supervisors and parcel processing teams.
Your duties will include:
- Proactive style, hands on, whilst providing strong direction on all aspects of safety;
- Management of all parcel PUD drivers and subcontractors; and/or freight handling staff, to ensure all KPI's and DIFOT are consistently achieved;
- Ability to review and develop new processes with your staff to achieve productivity improvements;
- Developing a strong team environment and provide coaching and mentoring to all staff

- Demonstrate a strong record of success from previous roles;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to problem solve, and work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail;
- Flexible in their approach to work;
- Possess a strong team and work ethic.
