The Company
Our client is an established, international organisation that imports and supplies a wide range of high end commercial furniture solutions and interior products into varied commercial fit out projects in Australia and Asia. They are seeking to employ an experienced, motivated project coordinator / logistics coordinator to join their Brisbane team and manage the distribution of products from suppliers to clients across QLD. 

The Role
This brand new role will be varied and fast paced and will see you working closely with the sales and operations team in Brisbane and across the country. You will be the liaison between suppliers and the end user to ensure projects have been delivered and completed on time. You will be involved in design briefs with the sales teams and clients and will become an expert in resolving customer service issues. 
Your brand new role will focus around ensuring first class customer service to all clients and suppliers in Australia and you will be involved with key projects and key clients and will work across all areas of the business. You will have plenty of interaction with clients and the in house team and your role will be pivotal in managing the day to day customer service issues in the business. The client base includes architects and designers and we are seeking a candidate that has a passion and interest in high end furniture, interiors market and providing first class customer service to clients. 
 
Skills Required
We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills; 

• Previous experience in a fast paced sales support / coordination / logistics or admin role. 
• Strong all round administration and customer service skills. 
• Qualifications in interior design or interest in high end furniture and interior decorative products. 
• Some retail or commercial sales experience with high end furniture or interior products. 
• Superb communication and presentation skills. 
• Pleasant, outgoing personality and a high degree of enthusiasm.
