We currently have an exciting and fantastic opportunity for a full-time Order and Deliver Coordinator for an 18 month Contract based in Bayswater, Victoria. The Order and Deliver Coordinator ensures the highest quality of logistics process to meet job scheduled with customer whilst ensuring that target logistics cost levels are maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Master Data: Maintain Create and Maintain Master Data.
•Ordering: Processing order request received internally to meet the customer demand in a timely manner, and monitoring the progress of orders by liaising with customs clearing, warehouse, transportation and suppliers.
•Delivering: Monitoring order progress and ensure on time delivery by liaising with the Customer Call Centre (CCC), warehouse, transportation and suppliers. And handle trouble shooting and complaint for logistics issue from field.
•Daily order status monitoring: Monitoring designed reports to ensure orders are arranged properly according to expectation, goods movement is completed in a timely manner by liaising with CCC, Customer Service Engineers, and 3PL.
•Logistics cost control: Ensure that a balance is maintained between on time delivery to fulfill job schedule and logistics cost targets.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
•An understanding of the importance of on time delivery and customer satisfaction
•Ability to work and contribute to a close team environment while also working independently
•An effective communicator with all Stakeholders both internal and external
•At least 2 years’ experience with SAP SD module
•At least 2 years’ experience in customer service
•Excellent knowledge of Excel. Vlookup, pivot tables
•Experience in forwarding company / warehouse management or 3PL management is highly preferable
