The Scully RSV Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and streamlining the build process of all our truck builds. Scully RSV has been selling refrigerated trucks for 20 years, and now have a nationally expansion plan.
The role will form part of the senior management team and expectations are that you would add value to the journey ahead. You will be dealing on a daily basis with the factory manager, suppliers and customers and always ensuring that our company standards are met in regard to customer service. Our customers will expect all vehicles to be of a high standard and turn around of in coming vehicles will require management to maintain company manufacturing standards.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the Operations of the Business
- Managing the Production People in the business
- Ensuring Customer Service levels are of a high standard
- The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the ability to lead the business in People, Safety, Customer Service and Overall Financial Management.
- Implementing New IT systems to drive efficiency
- Lead the build of our new purpose built production facility
Applicant Requirements:
- Experience in a senior management role and the ability to manager and understand production systems
- Ability to manage the profit & loss, and more importantly management of overall operations
- Previous experience in manufacturing operations advantageous
- Knowledge of Trucks and/or Refrigerated Vehicles will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Solid understanding of WHS Legislation
