We TSAUF, are looking for an experienced Customer service/Operations all-rounder to join a busy and close-knit team. Preferable of min 3 years International Logistics experience.
In this position your responsibilities will include:
- Work competently with CargoWise One
- Primary point of contact for a broad range of clients - including the go between Operations, Sales, Accounts, Management and your clients
- Rates negotiation and quotation.
- Tracking and tracing of freight shipments
- Receive pre-alerts and notify operations accordingly
- Coordinating customer requirements with all departments
- Liaising with overseas offices, agents and clients on air and sea freight cargo movements every step of the way
- Working closely with the key account manager
- Knowledge of Australian Customs and Quarantine procedures
- Compile and deliver customer reports on a regular basis
