- Die Cutting/Solarco Operator and Forklift/MR roles available.

Oji Cardboard Carton Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding global Oji Group, specialises in the manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. Our Dandenong South plant produces plain and litho printed corrugated cartons which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of our customer’s products – some of which include: wine and fruit boxes, point of sale displays, shelf ready cartons, countertop and floor merchandisers, hang sell units to premium presentation boxes.
We are looking to recruit the following roles:
*Die Cutting Machine Operator – experience using a flat bed die cutting machine essential
*Forklift/MR licence / Short run Operator – forklift/MR licence essential
*Solarco Operator / Short run Operator – unique piece of equipment!
All mentioned roles will involve being responsible for assisting in all aspects of the machine being set up in a timely and accurate manner; preparing tooling/materials for the next order to facilitate a quick change-over; keeping the work area clean; machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance; performing in-process quality checks; stacking bundles and overall ensuring that the machinery runs at its optimum performance.
To be successful for any of these opportunities, you must be able to demonstrate:
- A ‘can do’ attitude and be a self-starter;
- Ability to be a team player and work autonomously;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of metric measurements
- A strong focus on quality and commitment to upholding Workplace Health & Safety standards in your own work and that of others.
