This fantastic opportunity now exists for a dynamic, hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment as a Full Time Courier Driver, located in Chatswood.
As the face of UPS the successful candidate must ensure a high level of customer service and be able to deliver a high volume of packages daily.
POSITION SUMMARY AND DUTIES:
- Permanent Full Time position
- 5 Days a week
- Load and unload company vehicle
- Delivery and pick-up of parcels
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Cleaning of your company vehicle
- Scanning of Freight into hand held device (DIAD)
- Continual adherence to WH&S Legislation & company policies & procedures
- Any additional duties as directed by your manager
EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS
- Able and Confident in driving a manual vehicle / van
- Courier Driver experience
- Industry knowledge highly advantageous
- Short-listed applicants will be asked to provide a Criminal Record check
- A driving license with a clean record
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Sydney
- A "can do" attitude
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
Successful applicants will be required to provide a copy of their driving record from the local traffic authority.
