What you will do:

  • Respond to all NSW customer enquiries
  • Provide accurate product/services information
  • Process customer quotation requests and generate work orders
  • Arrange delivery of product range to all NSW customers
  • Ensure the supply of parts meet customers' requests
  • Picking and packing parts and components
  • General warehousing and stores duties
  • Reporting

You must have:

  • Extensive experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in meeting KPI's/ Project goals
  • A sense of urgency in your working approach and methods
  • Developed Mechanical understanding/ Parts interpretation
  • The ability to build relationships within all levels of a business
  • A current fork lift licence and experience
