We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced Storeperson who can also provide Customer Service support to our busy team located in Arndell Park west of Sydney. If you consider yourself to be customer focused, dynamic, motivated, have a proactive approach, and work with a solutions based attitude then this is for you!

What you will do:

• Respond to all NSW customer enquiries
• Provide accurate product/services information
• Process customer quotation requests and generate work orders
• Arrange delivery of product range to all NSW customers
• Ensure the supply of parts meet customers' requests
• Picking and packing parts and components
• General warehousing and stores duties
• Reporting

You must have:

• Extensive experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience in meeting KPI's/ Project goals
• A sense of urgency in your working approach and methods
• Developed Mechanical understanding/ Parts interpretation
• The ability to build relationships within all levels of a business
• A current fork lift licence and experience
