My client is looking for two Procurement Manager’s to join their team. You will be responsible for the management of capital-based procurement which are critical to the success of the business including negotiation of contracts and variations, maintenance of corporate governance and risk management, development and maintenance of a preferred supplier base.
The role will see you responsible for sourcing and assessing options for procuring external business partners, products and services. You will lead negotiations of pricing and contract terms and be responsible for creating and completing sourcing strategies.
To be considered for these roles you will have tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline, coupled with experience in the procurement of either major turnaround / shutdown events or major capital projects within an Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing or Mining environment. Your expert procurement background and knowledge of strategic sourcing will see you successful in this role. An ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement will be key in driving this role to success.
