The Position
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for:
A successful trader with a history in both export and import markets. Providing its customers with full supply chain services and a personalised service experience. Very modern offices with a great team of professionals.
The Position
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients, carriers and suppliers
- Processing of import transactions for FCL shipments
- Co-ordinating the import sea process from shipper to consignee
- Reconciling carrier invoices against agreed client rates
- Arranging road transport with carriers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service issues promptly and efficiently
- Escalating unresolved shipment issues to the manager
To be considered for this role you require:
- Ability to perform autonomously
- Proven import shipping experience
- Positive and outgoing team player attitude
- Strong and effective communication style
- Corporate presentation
