2XM Group provide professional recruitment services across the entire Rail sector in Australia.
2XM Recruit would like to hear from all proven manufacturing focused trade personnel who are seeking long term full time manufacturing production fabrication works that commences in June 18 continuing.
Project Overview:
- Rail Manufacturing Sector Fabrication / Production Works.
- Installation of new Mechanical Component Equipment / Electrical breakers / Testing - Commissioning works.
- Full time day shift position which commences from June 2018 onwards..
- Standard working hours 7.00am - 3.30pm.
Minimum requirements:
- VIC Certification In Fitting / Turning / Dual Fitter.
- Ideal applicant will have MIG & TIG Welding Accreditations.
- Experience with spot welding, assembly / bolting pre fabricated industrial scale HVAC sheet metal.
- Previous experience working within a repair / overhaul environment desirable.
- Must be able to autonomously read detailed schematic drawing and interpret engineering drawings.
- Possess a high attention to detail and strong focus towards quality.
- Minimum 5 years practical manufacturing industry sector focused onsite autonomous tradesman experience.
- Must have a strong adherence to OH&S policies and guidelines.
- Stable work history which is focused towards fixed term project works.
- Self-motivated, takes pride in their work and appearance.
- Enthusiastic and reliable professional.
- Must have full time working rights in Australia
What Is On Offer:
- Full time works with a view to secure long term permanent works.
- Fixed Melbourne Metro West Location.
- Minimum $40 Plus Per Hour for normal hours of works completed.
