An opportunity has arisen to join the team located in Notting Hill as a Project Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two as well as managing customer relationships, providing support across internal and external partners.

Description

This role involves managing a small multi-disciplined project team to deliver projects in accordance with customer expectations. This position will have a focus to lead, support and coach a team of two Project Coordinators, identify, initiate and deliver Civil, Infrastructure, Mining & other projects to assist the Sales team to achieve its strategic objectives utilising project management methodologies and various in house databases including Sales force. This role has a strong focus on customer service, document management and report writing.

Profile

Ideally you will have relevant, industry specific experience such as: Water, Infrastructure and/or Construction. You must have a held a similar role as Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, inspiring leader with exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ability to manage work-flow and provide input into strategic sales plans is key.

Attention to detail and a hands on approach will see you take this team on a journey of success and improvement. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are ideal as is the ability to write reports and provide industry in-tel on upcoming tenders and projects via tracking systems.
