A well-known world leader in coatings and specialty products based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne is currently looking for multiple production operators to join their growing team. This International business works Monday to Friday across three shifts. The main purpose of these positions is to help contribute to the smooth operations of all orders coming in and out of production.
Joining a hardworking and friendly team your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Picking and packing orders ready for despatch with RF scanners and slips
- Receiving stock and unloading shipments
- Mixing and Batching from a receipt
- Operating a variety of machines for the production of paint
- Overseeing quality control for production
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- All other warehouse/production duties as required
Working in a small team dynamic we are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience working in production/manufacturing is essential
- RF scanning experience essential; Radio experience advantageous
- Clear National Criminal Check
- The ability to multi task
- Mechanically Minded with experience with Hydraulics
- High Attention to detail
- Be computer literate
- Physically fit as some items can get up to 25kg
- Forklift License is desirable but not essential
