About the role:
As a Production Supervisor you will be working a 2/1 roster and across alternate weekends. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the plant including production and HSE. You must also be flexible to travel to other nearby plants in the area when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batching concrete
- Supervising contractors
- General yard work
- Administration duties
Skills & Experience:
- Pride yourself on your problem solving skills
- Driver's license, front end loader and forklift tickets
- Knowledge of concrete batching or similar production and advantage
- Previous experience leading a small team would be desirable
