Working within a great culture of a highly successful organisation based in Hendra, we are currently looking to source the following:-

Warehouse administrators to commence short term contracts running for approx. 4+months:
Working alongside the General Manager and other administration and office staff you will be involved in a hands on role which will involve filing, maintaining records, invoice preparation, working alongside and supporting the general manager and finance manager, supporting the general warehouse operation. 
You will must have previous warehouse administration experience, be available to commence at short notice and be able to commit to the length of the assignment. 

Project Co-ordinator:
Main duties are to allocate and check orders against the take-off requirements per scheme, support the site teams in resolving issues in a time critical manner.
Key tasks will involve the use and maintenance of in house systems and spreadsheets, planning, and daily communication with both internal and external customers.
Reporting plays a fundamental part in this position and is required on a weekly basis. The ability to be flexible and adapt to any task is essential.
Collate relevant information to support required KPI’s and analysis to improve service and performance.
Must possess relevant experience;
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills (sums and formula utilisation preferable)
  • Experience of operating IT systems/Microsoft Office/Sage
  • Knowledge of transport booking systems and processes
  • An basic understanding of transport legislation
Logistics Administrator:
Required to work closely with internal customers, warehouse and administration departments, as well as external suppliers to facilitate transport needs & maintain the day to day function of the transport department.
  • Booking of transport
  • POD collation & alignment
  • Management of the system data utilising in-house systems
  • COR
  • Analysis into business data to review and drive performance or reduce costs
  • Data alignment of the transport application
  • Ad-hoc duties as required to support the business
  • Support Admin when required
