We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Combination (MC) yard truck driver for a large reputable transport company, based in Derrimut in Melbourne West.
 
This position will involve moving trucks and trailers in and around the yard (single and b doubles), loading and unloading of trucks and other general yard duties.  You may also be required at times to drive off site, on the road to cover the MC local truck driver to deliver trucks and trailers to clients in the local area.  Applicants are required to hold a MC driving licence as well as an LF forklift licence.
 
This is a day shift role, Monday – Friday 7am – 3.06pm and some overtime will be required at times.  The position is for an immediate start in an ongoing temp to perm opportunity.  The pay rate starts from $30.76 per hour.
 
Successful applicants will have:

• A valid MC driving licence with experience
• A valid Forklift licence
• Able to provide a current fitness to drive medical
• Able to perform manual handling duties
• Be well presented and have a safety conscious attitude
• Be able to provide a VicRoads demerit point report, which illustrates a safe driving record
