We are looking for an experienced Brewer / Brewhouse production operator for a role we have in an award winning Brewery. This role will be required for a range of brew-house operations, bulk liquid transfer operations and some basic quality checks. You will work as part of a team with an excellent reputation and passion for quality products. This role will be a mix of day,afternoon & some night shift and will attract the appropriate penalties. This role will initially be a 6 month assignment, however it is quite likely that this could be extended or become permanent for a high performing individual..

It is expected that the successful applicants will have the following skills & attributes.

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial or craft brewery.
• Brewery Operations i.e. milling, mashing, boiling.
• Experience working with bulk liquid transfers & pumps
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Capable of conducting quality checks & records.
• Proactive & positive attitude.
• Practical and hands on approach to work.

While not essential a qualification in brewing would be considered highly favourable. However demonstrated experience in a beverage industry dealing with bulk liquid transfers is essential. It is also expected that successful applicant will have a fork lift licence or be prepared to get one. A strong commitment to safety and quality are also expected.
