Our Graduate Program
We were excited to have our first graduates start with Cement Australia this year. In 2019, we are looking forward to our next intake joining the team. We recognise the value graduates can add to a business and have designed our program to provide you with the foundation you need to become a potential future leader
Over 2 years you will complete 3 rotations, spending your time across different sites and locations. Your experiences will include day-to-day responsibilities, project work and both structured and on-the-job learning. We will connect you with mentors and provide opportunities to network with other graduates in the industry. It is important to us that you do "real work" and therefore you'll be exposed to the full cycle of our operations.
Supply Chain & Logistics
You will work across our supply chain network. It is diverse, transporting bulk and packaged products via road, rail and sea. We have activities that are involved in Safety, Logistics planning & execution, Ship planning & coordination, management & maintenance of a large fleet of trucks with sophisticated in vehicle management technology. You will be part of an experienced team that is ensuring our products are delivered safely and on time. To achieve this, one day you could be solving a customer delivery problem, the next you could be working on a major improvement project. No matter what, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop your skills and experience the challenges we overcome and successes we achieve on a daily basis.

Cement Australia is the nation's leading supplier of cement products and services. From bulk and packaged products to alternative fuels and waste management, our customers include major concrete producers, building and engineering contractors, leading retail building suppliers and some of the nation's largest mines. Our sites are located across the eastern seaboard of Australia and include two integrated cement plants (mine to product), two further cement milling operations, a coal mine and a large dedicated distribution network.

- Ability to travel for work and relocate for each rotation
