This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Supply Planner to join a leading consumer goods organisation as they embark on their journey of excellence, taking on continuous improvement projects across their complex supply chain. Owning a portfolio of premium and respected brands, this employer is embarking on their next major phase of growth across a variety of retail channels.

This key role will be responsible for helping implement and manage S&OP processes, delivering a realistic forecast and developing strong relationships with the Commercial teams including Sales, Marketing and Finance. In addition, implementing improvements towards best practice, you will strive for continuous improvement regarding forecast accuracy, continuing to build trust in all processes within the supply chain division.

We are looking for an energetic team player with a strategic mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and has a strong background in the Planning and Operations Function of FMCG or Consumer Durables Manufacturing industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a realistic and accurate demand forecast
• Execute S&OP process
• Build strong working relationships with Commercial teams
• Inventory Management
