Based in North Ryde, NSW       
12 Months Fixed Task Role

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing all warehouse related activities and support the procurement team. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the warehouse and its related activities (goods receipt, make up kits, organise customer inspections, etc)
• Operate a Fork Lift
• Liaising with Freight Forwarders
• Perform inventory transactions in SAP
• Maintaining safe workplace
• Processing accounts and Finance enquiries
• Compliance with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Managing the day to day activities within the supply chain and supporting the procurement team and current projects where necessary.
• Operational effectiveness: Execute and delivers - Identifies the critical task & resources necessary to achieve the desired objectives, takes action to ensure execution, delivery and follow-up

Key attributes

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• 3+ years' experience in Warehousing and Supply Chain administration role within large/international organisation
• Training and qualifications in relevant fields.
• High Risk Work Certification.
• Forklift Tickets
• SAP Software skills
