Our property services include Owners Corporation Management, Building and Facility Management, Essential Services Management and Student Accommodation services in over 100 residential, commercial, retail and student service buildings.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our professional team of Parking Services Officers in Melbourne CBD and surrounds.
At Care Park, we pride ourselves delivering an industry leading service to customers to which the Care Park name has been built upon. With over 400 car parks Australia wide, Care Park is one of Australia's largest parking operators.
As a member of our Parking Services team, you will be tasked with:
- Prepare and submit reports daily
- Providing customer service to all car park patrons.
- Enforcing car parks to ensure all patrons are compliant with terms and conditions.
- Ensuring all safety hazards are promptly reported to relevant member of staff.
- Fixing minor technical issues with payment machines (training provided).
- Patrolling both on foot and in company provided Vehicle.
- Reactive maintenance on parking equipment.
- Risk identification and conflict resolution
The successful candidate will require the following as a minimum:
- Full Australian Driver's License.
- Be computer literate.
- Can work a rotating roster across 7 days as required.
- Have legible handwriting.
- Be technically minded.
- The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
- Be well spoken.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to participate in a Police record check prior to confirmation of appointment to the position.
