The role
We're looking for a team leader to join our rapidly growing warehouse team to work 4 days per week in Dispatch.
The days to begin with are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Hours would be 7.5 per day and spread between 6.30am-2.30pm or 10am-6pm
Please note days may change in future and may be negotiable.
Also, our warehouse is currently based in Northcote but we moving our warehouse to Keilor Park in October. Public transport is not great so ideally you will need a car.
Your responsibilities will include:

Allocating workload to ensure the 1pm Dispatch guarantee is met

Assign staff where necessary throughout the day in order to achieve KPIs

Monitor KPIs and staff performance rates throughout the day. Report on KPIs and daily stats to the Dispatch Supervisor

Maintain warehouse cleanliness

When required, aid staff in daily tasks (picking/packing) to achieve KPIs

Train and safety induct new employees/trials in the Warehouse Assistant role

Order and maintain Dispatch warehouse consumables

Ensure all opening/closing tasks are completed

Ensure the safe operation of equipment to load/unload any trucks

Adhere to Adore Beauty Policies & Procedures

Be a positive role model for the Adore Beauty Standards and Values at all times
The successful skill set we are looking for is:
