For over 45 years, Eagles has been supplying the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter region and Mid-North Eastern Seaboard of NSW with all their bathroom and kitchen needs. We are the largest locally owned and operated independent plumbing supplies company which is growing and as such we are always looking for energetic hard workers to join our team.
About the Role
A position has become available each at our Lismore store for an exceptional young individual with a proven high customer service to join the team as an MR Driver. As a driver, you will deal in all aspects of warehousing, complete deliveries to off-site customers, pick / pack / receipt stock and operate a forklift. This is a role that requires impeccable attention to detail and a person who can work efficiently and effectively. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager whilst working alongside a highly talented team. Experience within stock management is desirable. This is a full-time position, which will see you working towards and obtaining your Certificate III in Warehousing Operations during your initial 2 years of employment.
What We Need
As an MR Driver, you will have an ‘on the ball’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player with high energy. We require a person who is trustworthy and reliable with a ‘can do’ approach and someone who is not afraid to use their initiative. You will be able to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills with a work ethic that is second to none.
To be considered for this role you must hold current manual Drivers & Forklift licences. Computer knowledge and an ability to demonstrate previous experience in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. An understanding of the plumbing and/or building industry will be highly regarded. The ability to uphold Workplace Health and Safety Standards and Procedures is needed.
