Betta Blinds and Awnings have three, new and replacement, production staff positions available to fill these positions due to our ongoing busy manufacturing schedule.
We need motivated, experienced and hardworking Factory Hands. Duties will include stock handling, packing, product assembly, and general duties. Opportunity exists to be trained on the Aeronaut automated fabric cutting tables (one is the largest ultrasonic cutting table in the country). Computer experience an advantage.

This role is physical and requires some repetitive heavy lifting and turning.
Ideally, you will have the following experience and skills:
- Factory work experience
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- Good Accurate hand/eye coordination
- Experience in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a team and a good team player
- Patience and dexterity for fiddly jobs and Ability to work fast paced
- Eye for detail: Required for quality control
- Ability to process a significant work flow and maintain a respectful disposition
- Blinds/Awnings industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of fabrics would be an advantage
- Be proactive in getting the job done both safely and efficiently
