• Day & Night Shift Available

Programmed are currently seeking experienced forklift operators for a leading manufacturer of fibre cement building products located in Carole Park QLD. Our client offers opportunities to go permanent for responsible, organised and highly reliable individuals.

The hours for these positions differ depending on which department within the plant you are placed into. We are looking for candidates who are available for both day and night shift on 8 or 12 hour days.

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Counterbalance forklift operation - up to 8 tonne
• Reloading and relocating product around the warehouse
• Manual handling up to 30kg when required
• General Hygiene tasks such as pressure cleaning and shovelling
• Lock out, tag out OHS procedures
  
  

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Current and valid forklift license is essential for all roles
• Current and valid drivers license and reliable transport
• Front End Loader Experience is highly regarded
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Product knowledge is highly beneficial - Gyprock & Fibre Cement
• Safety conscious attitude
• Ability to work in a hot & dusty manufacturing environment
