Position One

Due to continued growth and success, a newly created opportunity now exists for a Licensed Customs Broker to join this professional and friendly team. Take ownership of your role!

Reporting to the Customs Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with duties to include day to day activities with tariff advice, quarantine processing and lodging entries.  Ideally, you will have experience with Cargowise EDI, refunds, FTA and drawbacks.   

To be successful you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and professional presentation.   You must be an active, confident team player with a comprehensive history of working within Australian Customs processes and protocols and a thorough understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements.  A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Position Two

Our valued client, a boutique integrated freight and logistics provider, enjoys significant success in their specialized field. With a very well-established brand, successful team and solid client base, they have built an international profile on quality, service and reliability. They are now seeking an experienced Customs Broker to join their dynamic team in a key role.

Joining this close knit and stable team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with duties to include; Day to Day activities with tariff advice, classification and final entry preparation, compiling information, tracking shipments and general customer interaction with emphasis on providing outstanding support to clients, advise to clients on up to date information affecting their business in terms of ACS regulations & protocols, administration duties and total support to the entire operation.  You will liaise with transport providers and interstate offices, lodge entries and liaise with Customs and AQIS. 

To be considered for this position you must have previous experience gained within the Customs industry, be proficient with EDI Cargowise software and have an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude along with excellent communication and customer service skills. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
