Hays are seeking experienced drivers offsiders for multiple positions.

Your new company
We currently have multiple positions with a number of key clients in the Canberra ACT logistics market. Due to increased work flow, coming in to the busiest time of year, they are seeking experienced offsiders to assist during this period.

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting with delivery of goods and ordered stock, clearing excess stock, clearing rubbish/waste and transporting to nearest tip, security of vehicles and equipment while on duty, complying with all WHS standards and procedures, taking every care with the handling and transportation of goods, maintaining a personal neat and tidy appearance and other duties as requested.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to the below, you will also need a comprehensive understanding of relevant WHS legislation, have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and also be physically able to perform all work in relation to the position.

• Current ACT ‘C Class’ Drivers Licence
• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Asbestos Awareness Card
• Proven experience in a similar role preferred

What you'll get in return
You will be paid with above award wages and all industry allowances on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will receive the opportunity to gain more contract work with Hays once this contract has finished.
