We are seeking a Transport Analyst who loves working with big data to join our Supply Chain team based in the North Sydney head office.
In this role, you will provide operational support to the Delivery Services team and the wider business. This position will ensure that the delivery services performance is in line with our customer’s expectation and local and International guidelines, in order to deliver competitive advantage for Nespresso and its Customers.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and demonstrate a high level of excel skill, excellent attention to detail and follow up. You will enjoy taking responsibility and working with some degree of autonomy, as well as being part of a broader team.
The key responsibilities of this role are, but not limited to:-
- Monitoring the End-to-End Delivery process from Order to Delivery, through our Customer Relationship Centre, warehouse and distribution partners, to ensure our customers get a seamless ordering experience
- Daily Root cause analysis of Supply Chain Complaints and Claims.
- Reporting and Managing the complaints and claim system with reclassification in our internal ERP
- Analysing monthly transport invoices and raising claims with transport partners
- Prepare and Participate in Monthly Operational Reviews with transport suppliers
- Supporting our Delivery Services Manager and completing ADHOC tasks related to distribution.
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ experience within a transport team dealing with 3rd party transport and minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics. Candidates who have worked within an eCommerce or FMCG environment will be highly regarded.
