This company are well placed to meet their global client’s demands in this challenging industry. All they need now is another fantastic customer-oriented individual with solid forwarding knowledge. 

This role is responsible for the smooth execution of shipments for this client’s major account. With a blend of both customer service and operational responsibilities, this role will keep you challenged, with ample responsibility and will provide a platform on which stars can shine and be recognised accordingly.

Specifically, responsibilities will include organising, tracking and tracing shipments, quoting rates, ensuring that all shipments are customs cleared and delivered as required, all documentation is prepared in a timely manner and the internal database is updated with client information and air/ocean rates etc.

To be considered for this position you must have solid experience gained within the international logistics industry, preferably in a strong import operations role, coupled with an ability to build and maintain client relationships, think on your feet and problem solve.  Hindi or Mandarin language skills are advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
