Within our Integrated Supply & Logistics team based in our North Ryde manufacturing site, a fixed term 6 months position as Supply Planner has become available. The Supply Planner ensures successful production planning outcomes by providing ownership and oversight of all short and mid-term planning activities. The role provides analytical support to the Production teams and is accountable for managing several inventory processes to ensure appropriate financial reporting and controls. You will work and communicate on a daily basis around orders, delivery plans, forecasts, stock levels etc., in order to make the right decisions and prioritizations with the customers, production, and suppliers in focus. Your work is executed in a global high-paced environment with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles such as Site leadership team, Production, QA, Asset Planners, Distribution/Logistics, Pack Change, Project Managers and Procurement. The nature of the role with a high number of internal and external contacts requires the ability to be flexible and constantly prioritize and make assessments on where time is best spent in order to operate effectively.

What we ask from you:

  • Undergraduate qualification in any science or business-related field (ideal).
  • Experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP APO SNP systems is essential
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, Excel (Advanced), Outlook)
  • Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar role
