Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd. is a member of the Liebherr Group. The company is responsible for selling and servicing earthmoving machinery, mining equipment, mobile cranes as well as foundation and piling equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Liebherr Australia have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor. Based at our Mackay Branch and reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the Warehouse Department.
You will provide robust and effective leadership that enables the group to deliver, safe, efficient and compliant warehouse and distribution services to the Mining Division.
Key Focus of the Role:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team
- Manage work flow and processes of the team
- Stocktake, cycle count procedures and location reports
- Provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
It is essential that you have experience leading a team and have solid experience in warehouse operations coupled with knowledge of machines and components. You must possess an understanding of Microsoft Office and have a current forklift and drivers licence.
You will be customer focused, have great attention to detail and a desire to drive a high performing team. Excellent communication, supervisory and time management skills are vital to ensure success in this role
