Warehouse and Logistics Manager

We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager with experience in warehouse principles and work practices. This is a key business role reporting to the General Manager with responsibility for:
- Leading the freezer team to provide excellence in customer service and DIFOT
- Ability to develop and foster a team culture that strives to exceed team goals
- Overseeing despatch and transportation arrangements for NSW and interstate
- Ensuring accurate freezer stock management through management of stocktakes, stock adjustments and rotation
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement processes to meet business growth plans
- Work in conjunction with the Inventory Analyst to improve and maintain the inventory accuracy
- Driving and continually improving systems to maintain our high standards of GMP and other food safety standards
- Making sure the Despatch Team adheres to process to achieve a safe, clean and hazard free workplace

- A passionate and experienced supply chain professional with previous logistic and warehouse operations management experience
- Proven experience in leading teams to exceed business goals
- Commercially astute with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated background in driving process improvement and developing a committed team
- Previous experience working in the food industry (cold storage and freezer environment experience is desirable)
- Experience using analytical modelling/problem solving skills to improve business performance is desirable
