• order picking and packing
• loading / unloading trucks
• loading / unloading containers

Skills and experience

             Key Skills Required

• Basic literacy skills- reading and writing
• Basic numeracy skills- add, subtract, multiple and divide
• Able to use office equipment- computer, telephone, fax, photocopier
• Able to work quickly, carefully and accurately
• forklift licence, ability to drive
• current drivers licence and vehicle
• willingness to learn

                              Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. The Team Member must be able to:

• Undertake manual handling tasks including: lifting and carrying stock; pushing and pulling trolleys; pushing, pulling and pumping pallet jacks; climbing ladders and stairs.
• Work on their feel throughout the shift
• Lifting items up to 18kg's in excess of 150 times a day
• Getting in and out of forklifts
