We are currently searching for a professional, service orientated, and result driven Operations Coordinator to lead the Operations team at our Geelong depot. Ensuring all work is carried out safely, key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of bus operations 
• Generation and maintenance of rosters that are compliant with relevant legislation 
• Overseeing, and processing, weekly payroll for operational staff 
• Overseeing Return to Work programs 
• Managing the investigation of accidents, and the finalisation of any claims arising
• End to end handling of customer complaints

 
To excel in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated ‘hands-on’ leadership and people management skills 
• Understanding of, and a commitment to, a safe, compliant working culture 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Experience within the Transport or Logistics industry highly desirable.
