Continued growth within our Dealership has lead an increase in demands placed on our fixed operations department, and as a result we are looking for an individual with the ability to think strategically and multitask accordingly

Communication and organisation is key when dealing with a multitude of departments within our network, which represents  Holden, Hyundai, Subaru, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki, in addition to a variety of used vehicles.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be required to work collaboratively with all departments, whilst maintaining responsibility and control within your region of the PD Department.

The successful candidate for this role will understand the importance of preparation and presentation in vehicle sales so that every delivery exceeds the expectations of our customers. 

This is a 'hands on' role where you will from time to time be required to assist with aspects of preparation, however the main focus of the role is to ensure the seamless flow of work within the department via clear concise instruction and communication within your pre-delivery team  and other interdependent. Ultimately, be accountable for the completion of all work within the team. 

 

Key Skills and Abilities required for this role:

  • Planning and organising the Pre-Delivery Department to ensure all deliveries meet specifications, quality and cleanliness standards, time lines and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and co ordinate others within a small team
  • Dedication to quality control to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent time management skills, with an ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Experience creating and invoicing workshop repair orders
  • Drivers licence

This is a full time role with an immediate start.  A competitive salary will be negotiated based on experience, along with the opportunity to work in a modern and well-equipped workshop within a friendly team atmosphere.
