Are you looking for a secure Customer Service position with a respected Freight Forwarder?  Are you always looking for better ways of doing things?  Then this could be the position for you.

Customer Service is much more than inbound and outbound customer calls, troubleshooting and completing quote after quote.  What about pro-active action and reporting, client visits and up selling existing services
 
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  •  Strong communication skills.
  •  Strong customer service skills.
  •  Sound time management skills
  •  Solid negotiation skills
  •  Strong relationship builder
  •  Ability to work autonomously
  •  To have detailed knowledge of Freight Forwarding activities
  •  Receive and enter new customer orders
  •  Liaise and negotiate with overseas offices and agents
  •  Microsoft Office Skills in particular Excel and Word
