With increasing value being put on this data the organisation sees an opportunity for a Data Insights Manager to create high valued reports and presentations on the data to key industry stakeholders.
The Data Insights Manager will be responsible for developing the credibility and capability to establish the organisation as an authoritative source for obtaining valuable data into industry behaviors. The role will be responsible for proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You will be tasked with translating raw technical data into high quality, accurate, timely and effective reports that meet the expectations of the Australian Government. You will also present data that tells a story of strategic insights, explanation of current trends and benefits of the data, all in a structured manner so that it can be beneficial to a variety of audiences.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in a similar industry or sector, allowing you to bring strong knowledge and expertise. You have demonstrated a high level of ability to analyse quantitative data and undertake research initiatives. Your key strengths are your written and oral communication skills, with experience in writing research papers, reports and communicating the technical language into layman’s terms for all audiences to understand. You have an underlying passion for driving stakeholder engagement and thrive on presenting technical information. You rely on your high technical ability and are familiar with advanced data collection programs. You are passionate about driving a positive culture and have successfully led high performing teams.
