Toll People currently have multiple vacancies for experienced Forklift Drivers within one of their key clients based in Karawatha. These positions are casual and you will be working various shifts including days, afternoons & nights. Suitable candidates with proven capability and experience will have the opportunity to progress to permanent placements and full-time hours.
The Role
Your responsibilities will involve operating forklift in the movement of stock throughout the warehouse as well as loading and unloading trucks. You will be required to meet production targets while maintaining high quality workplace health and safety standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current LF licence with high reach and counter balance experience
- Experienced with the use RF Scanners and voice picking systems an advantage
- Previous experience in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Good basic computer skills
- Flexible to do various shifts
- A high safety aptitude
- Own transport is required as public transport is not possible
Additionally you will need to supply 100 points of ID and be willing to undertake a National Police Clearance at interview. You will also need to be willing and able to undertake a full pre-employment medical if necessary.
