About the role
Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager and operating from our Melbourne location, the Warehouse Manager holds the accountability for the operations and fiscal functions of the warehouse facility.
This key role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the business though exceptional management of materials, assets and inventory and drive the team to embrace and contribute to a continuous improvement environment to streamline process and manage operational budgets.
About you
Your extensive and proven experience in a Tier One Construction or Telecommunications Management role gives you the right foundation to successfully and safely manage the facility and our people.
Your ability to motivate and drive successful teams that have are invited to speak up and challenge the status quo creates a progressive and engaged environment that thrives on innovation.
A current fork lift licence is required.
A logistics related tertiary qualification is favorable, although not essential.
