My client is looking to bring on board an experienced Parts Inventory manager to help maintain and further improve spare parts, inventory and service standards across the group. You will report directly to the Group Parts Manager, and be instrumental in maintaining and improving Inventory outcomes across the Australasian business

My client are a highly regarded wholesale and retail specialist in the machinery sector who have a dominant footprint in the Australasian market. My client have excellent brand recognition, and are recognized as having the best customer service offering in the sector. Due to continued organic growth, my client have created the Parts Inventory Manager position in order to help drive the continued improvement of the spare parts offering across the Australasian region.

Description

The primary responsibilities of this position are; support the integrity of the data relating to all group parts, manage all inventory requirements, implement and maintain KPI standards relating to wholesaler and retailer outcomes, and conduct reviews and analysis on consumer spending patterns.

You will liaise daily with multiple internal departments, including service, sales, finance, logistics, and external stakeholders including suppliers and customers.

Additionally, you will be critical to helping develop and implement processes and procedures leading to improved inventory outcomes, in a business that has a strong continuous improvement culture.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, with at least three years experience in an inventory controller or business analysis position, with strong forecasting, market analysis and reporting skills. Additionally, you will have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and an ability to work proactively and relate to all functions within the business.
