PRODUCTION POSITIONS - MANUFACTURING
C.E Bartlett Pty Ltd is a well-established and respected company manufacturing a range of innovative and unique products made from industrial textile and canvas fabrics.
We are seeking to fill a number of casual positions (with the potential for on-going permanency) throughout the production areas of our company. The successful applicant/s will be very hands-on, with a can-do attitude and be able to work alongside others as part of a team in order to achieve a common goal. Your ability to problem solve, multitask and plan ahead will see you succeed in any of these positions. Our work is labour intensive, so your physical endurance will also be put to the test.
Key responsibilities and attributes for the positions include:
- Attention to detail. Accuracy. Takes pride in one's work
- Exceptional hand – eye coordination
- Fabric handling, Fabric Welding and/or Industrial Sewing skills would be an advantage
- Reliable, efficient, productive
- Ability to problem solve
- Able to time manage
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work as part of a team or independently
Flexibility and availability to work weekly rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) if require by company.
