Job Description

We are searching for a full time experienced Seafreight Cartage Coordinator to be part of our Sydney Seafreight Team located in Alexandria.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Submit Time Slot Requests to relevant transport provider in a timely manner
• Dispatch EDO’s and Cartage advise to the transport provider in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate FCL/LCL deliveries of bonded cargo in accordance to DAFF / ABF requirements
• Submit payment to ABF 
• Co-ordinate FCL/LCL deliveries of cleared cargo  in accordance with client requirements
• Co-ordinate interstate deliveries (FCL / LCL) where required  
• Manage collection of funds prior to delivery
• Manage collection of original bill of lading (where required)

Your skills and experiences

• 3 years’ experience in cartage / transport
• Experience import seafreight  and cartage operations
• Freight Forwarding qualification
• Good communication skills
• Team player
