Holco Fine Meat Suppliers is a leading meat distribution company specialising in supplying chilled and frozen carton and carcass meat products.
A full time position is available for a Store Person/Forklift operator to join our team at Cavan in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
Your duties will be varied, but will include:
- Preparation and dispatch of customer orders
- Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Liaising with production, admin staff and other team members
- Picking and packing orders in controlled temperature and cold storage facilities.
- Regular lifting is a requirement of the role
Essential:
- Operating a forklift with a valid forklift licence
- Experience in working in a cold environment
- Safe manual handling operations
- MR Licence desirable but not essential
- Existing experience in the meat industry is desired but not essential
This hands on role will suit a fit energetic person looking for a secure position within the meat industry.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday approximately 6 am to 2 pm with additional overtime as per work and customer requirements.
