Fantech is a leading supplier of traditional and innovative ventilation and air movement products for commercial, industrial and domestic applications with offices and distributors throughout Australia and overseas.
We are seeking a proactive and team oriented Storeperson & Despatch to join our Operations team in Huntingwood, Sydney.
Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Liaising and coordinating deliveries with logistics providers
- Resolving any delivery problems promptly and effectively
- Picking and packing stock for despatch as required
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated skills and experience as follows:
- Recent experience in warehousing & logistics
- Must hold a valid NSW forklift licence with experience in using both high reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Good computer literacy
- Able to provide outstanding customer service to both customers and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
