About the role
Based at our site in Marong, Victoria; this role will see you act as back up to the Stocks Manager and Systems and Compliance Manager in all aspects relating to the running of the Stocks Department. You will maintain relationships with growers and manage their warehoused grain as well as administering the execution of their requirements.

Providing leadership and direction to a team of Inventory Analysts, Inventory Administrators and casual Inventory Assistants you will ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner and accurate stock records are maintained for all customers whilst managing conflicting priorities from day-to-day analysis and long-term projects.

Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have had previous administrative experience in either an Agribusiness, Logistics of Warehousing environment and have good computing skills (such as in MS Word, Excel, etc.) with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and systems.

You should be able to demonstrate sound communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to manage relationships effectively. Lastly, we’ll appreciate your high energy and initiative and willingness to be flexible with your work schedule / hours during our busy periods.
