About the role:
Reporting to the National Distribution Manager you will be providing operational assistance and working instruction fall all Distribution operations for each customer. You will also participate in new customer implementation ensuring the operational team has all the tools and trainer to ensure customer expectations are met.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting Operation and Sales team in retaining, growing and developing the distribution business.
- Design distribution solutions for customers (existing and prospective)
- Collect , analyse and interpret data from customers and carrier to design distribution solutions in respect of technical and organisational aspects
- Define and propose best matching solution considering requirements vs. operational constraints
- Analyse and quantify business risks, define financial bottom line and drive internal sales of the project
- Drive and steer multi-national project teams to achieve the given goal
- To ensure distribution process designs, Documents, SOPs, SLAs, SOW are completed as per KNPS
- Management and development of overall TMS system solution, process, design, implementation, End user testing and all System commercial related.
- Development and management of project plans for Distribution Customers.

Requirements:
- High level of energy, self-motivation and resilience .
- Strong Analytical Data Management . Using software such as Excel, Access, Tableau and BI tools.
- Strong self-Organisation Skills from process design , implementation and generating all related documents
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Creativity: ability to question and challenge traditional ways of doing things and encourage change
